Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Payment by credit card is due prior and if paying by cash, is due immediately following your session. Prompt payment is appreciated. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless we’ve agreed to reschedule. No-shows are responsible for the full session fee. 3. Refunds All sessions are non-refundable. This work involves time, energy, and preparation. If an emergency comes up, reach out and we’ll do our best to reschedule with grace. 4. Confidentiality Your session is a safe and sacred space. Everything shared is held in full confidence and will never be disclosed without your consent. 5. Scope of Work Coaching and Human Design sessions are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. This work is intended for personal growth, self-discovery, and empowerment. You are always responsible for your own decisions and actions. 6. Client Responsibility By engaging in this work, you acknowledge that you are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually open to receive guidance and insight. Your transformation is your own, and I’m here as a supportive guide, not a fixer. 7. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened out of respect for both of our schedules.
